Taking delivery of new Adria

We are taking delivery of a new Adria Astella in a few weeks, having ordered it yesterday. There are a few things that we need to add, that other vans sometimes have. Namely a tv, satellite dish, alarm, tracker and other security devices. 

Can someone please recommend some of the best ones we can get for the above. Most importantly are the security devices. Is a tracker really necessary? How about an alarm? 

We will store the van most of the year, but will travel extensively with it both summer and winter.

Any advice is appreciated as this is our first NEW van.
