http://youtu.be/VhiHXIlppZcThe quiet extensive French Aire may not be totally typical nor the Maidstone Services be typical but I don't think you'd find a similar stopping place to the French Aire in this country - and I doubt you'd find a Service area as crowded or filthy as the
English one in France.
