Calor lite

hi ... Has anyone had same problem. Tried to get new Lite gas bottle to replace mine, but was told they are still not available due to the recall. .. So i asked if it could be exchanged for ordinary bottle and was told " cant do that ".. Cut
a long story short .. Calor are delivering me a replacement bottle. why is it that the dealers and us as custmers are being penalised for the problems with the new bottles. PS.. I was told if i wanted a bottle from dealer it would cost me £59  so then i would
have had a perfectly good Lite on my hands.
