Sprite Alpine 2014

Hi, we have a sprite alpine 2014 since feb this year 

and when the heating is on there is a smell coming

out of  one vent, took caravan back to retailer, could'nt

find anything wrong.since then retailer says they have

had other reports of the same problem.

has anyone any idea's please.
