late availability

just been looking through the late availability and have noticed that in the main those sites with no toilet facilities are the ones with the spaces, tells a story. However the one that really stuck out was Malvern Hills site , which has it all, so to speak and yet nearly half of their pitches are empty. I have been there a couple of years ago and it seemed an okay site. Anyone know of any reason why the Malvern site is so empty for this time of year ?
