lift your groundsheets

It's not a lot to ask is it? Looking at the grass pitches and seeing that some haven't recovered from last year yet, is it really too much to ask folk to lift their groundsheets. Perhaps a solution would be to put a tarmac rectangle next to grass pitches
to erect the awning on.It would be better than a muddy patch. What are your thoughts on this?
