Audi q5 towbar

I've just upgraded my tow car to an Audi Q5, which I'm very pleased with. However it's not currently fitted with a towbar. I'm going to ask Audi for a quote as their swivelling unit looks very neat and is fully hidden (I understand) when not in use. However
my concern is that it may not provide enough clearance between it and the bumper to allow the use of a Alco stabilising hitch. I'm not sure what model number my hitch is but it's the newer black and red handled one not the red only one.

Does anyone use a Q5 or even and Q7 as a tow car with a factory towbar that can advise on clearance.
