Omnivent cleaning

Has anyone else done this, I have today our van it took me nearly all afternoon. The van is a 8yr old Sterling which we bought last year, I was a chef before I retired and I have never fried anything in it, but you should have seen the grease some of the
facia grille on close inspection was clogged. I took the grille off and looked at the fan and I was shocked by the amount of grease on the fan blades and the grille above the fan was also clogged, yet I can assure you there were no cooking smells in the van
when we got it. I tried to clean it with a domestic cleaner and I might as well used water so some of my commercial cleaner it had to be, the downside is it melts bristle on a brush but it does move grease. So I now have a clean Omnivent which also seems to
run quieter and a stick that used to be a paint brush.
