did anyone see Michel Roux in kitchen impossible last night, he is mentoring 8 young people with differing disabilities to try and get the working in a professional kitchen. Having been a chef I know the problems they will encounter, I had a KP who had Downs Syndrome and he did everything he was asked to do and his standards were high, the only thing he asked for as a reward was to fry his own eggs and his hash browns for breakfast. I have a lot of respect for Michel Roux for his latest test.
