Cadac after sales
Had my Cadac bought for me in Sept 2010after using it twice I noticed the non stick coating was blistering and coming off the griddle plate, so my son returned it to Towsure who exchanged it for another plate. This got used once last year and so far twice
this year but on getting it out yesterday I noticed that once again the coating was blistering and coming off. So this morning as we only live 5 minutes drive awayfrom the Cadac factory in Sheffield I thought I would pop in to see what they thought, the very
nice lady I spoke to at the door said that they don't normally deal with problems at the door but she would come down and see me,I showed her the offending item which she took off me and disappeared through another door returning a couple of minutes lataha
handing me a brand new plate. I am gob smacked at such good after sales especially as it was well outside 12 guarantee period, spits a huge well done and thank you from me to all at Cadac.
