Winter fridge vent covers

Straight forward question this, are fridge vent covers for winter worth having?? Use van through the winter months, not as regularly as in the rest of year, but wondering if these vent covers are okay, presumably they keep out worst of weather when van
is left without its winter coat on!! Anyone got them and how useful are they, thanks for any help before I buy some.
