No Hot Water

Hi,

I am quite new to caravanning and have a Swift Conquerer 630 Sal 2007 model. Everything had been working fine until last weekend when after arriving on site we could not get any hot water. Having read the handbook for what seemed like ages we checked the
main fuse box and also the fuse on the grey boiler under the seating and everything was fine We traced all the wiring under the seats in case of another fuse that we had missed but we're unable to come up with anything. As our local mobile service agent will
charge £50 for a call out I just wondered if anyone can help as we are due away again this weekend?
