Bailey Unicorn Cadiz awning chanel

Hello everyone.

I have been using an Isabella Magnum on my 2012 Cadiz. Just bought a full size awning off ebay (yet to be collected).

While we were at Glastonbury at Easter a couple of ladies next to us were struggling with their awning, through the chanel of their Unicorn. Tried to help them and was finally helped by another Unicorn owner who explained about the known 'silicon in the
chanel' problem.

Baring in mind the pending full awning, thought I'd better try mine and sure enough it was blocked at the rear sharp angle. But it seems to be catching on the corner piece.

Has anyone else had this problem? Should it be covered under warranty?

Sorry to go on. Confused myself a bit!!
