morning all

this is my first ever post. I am on holiday at the moment and was looking forward to having a brand new Isabella awning to sit it. But unfortunately the awning was to small !! I purchased it from Glossop Caravans having told them the model of caravan, a
swift kudos 530. it was decided I needed a 975. Which Isabella delivered a week later. i know this is a long shot but I was wandering if anyone has the same caravan with an Isabella awning, if so what size??

I have a Swift Kudos 530 SB and it clearly states that the awning size for my van is size 16 or 1050cm. Not sure why your dealer thought otherwise.

I currently have a brand new full awning of this size for sale as I mainly caravan solo and can't put a full awning up on my own if it's breezy. Went for an inflatable which I can manage!

Hope you manage to resolve this.

Hodge if you can whilst youre away, take a look on Isabellas web site where they give the awning sizes for caravans.

Whatever you do phone up Glossop and tell them they ogt it wrong and if you paid by CC phone them and raise a dispute asap.

Hi Trini I have looked on the Isabella web site but the swift kudos 530 is based on the Sprite major 4 SB and there are no awning sizes given. I have contacted Glossop caravans several times I hasten to add before getting somewhere and they informed me that
they had spoken to the dealership with whom I had purchased the caravan, and they stated I did need a 975 As purchased and that Isabella had possibly sent the wrong size. But the AA frame measures 10.22m so I'm so. Confused .com!! ( this is supposed to be
    a relaxing holiday )

Hodge the awning isze is determined by measuring along the awning rail then down to the ground on each end. (Sorry if you already know).

The length inc the A frame is the shipping length not awning size.

As for Isabella sending the wrong size is possible. Take a look at the clear plastic pocket on the awning or pole bag as a starter to try and determine the error. May well be Glossop using delaying tactics, just take it back when youre home and get a refund.
