motorhome towbar electrics

I have a Thule bike rack mounted on a towbar on my motorhome. The lighting board attached to the Thule bike rack is playing up - intermittent stop and indicator lights. i have checked the 12N socket and it appears the problem is at the relay box. I do have a spare relay box. Does anyone know of a mobile towbar fitter in the south east who could fit a new relay box? Many thanks - hihippy
