Pitch Size (H&S) on Rallies

Forgive me for using the Yorkshire Dales Centre as an example, but on page 97 of the December CC magazine there's a photo of caravans at their Cargrave rally.

The photo clearly shows a tight line up of caravan, car, caravan, car etc (no awnings) and I would have concerns that the the units are too close together for Health and Safety reasons (or comfort, for that matter).

Photos like this do very little to encourage non-ralliers to attend. In fact, they would have the opposite effect on me.
