Kampa Rally Air

Has anyone with a Rally Air awning had any problems with the poles twisting and going out of shape? One of ours is like a dog's hind leg and was reported to the dealer back in October and has been back to Kampa twice who have done absolutely nothing.
When it was returned by Kampa to the dealer last week, as it's an 80 mile round trip, OH insisted he put it up on one of their vans to check it out before he brought it home. It was still exactly the same. The dealer agreed that it's not right but Kampa are
adamant that it is 'normal' so I would be interested to know if anyone else has had the same problem. I can post a picture if necessary
