Booking Frustration

I've been trying to book Broadway site at Christmas for  and New Year, for 8 weeks and I have all the dates from 24th to 31st, except the 30th.

Is there any way that The Club can set up a waiting list for dates, or is this unfair.

If I cannot get the 30th, I will have to cancel at the last minute and maybe deny other members these dates.

...frustrating.
