Just wanted to say thank you to the very kind caravanner who helped me out at our storage place in Worcestershire this morning when we were having trouble unhitching. I did tell you we were new to caravanning but didn't mention that in only one week of owning
a van it has been one stress after another and I was on the verge of tears, with thoughts of giving up on the whole thing.

We've tent camped for years and experienced kindness from other tenters so it's lovely to know that we can find the same from van owners.

Your help was very much appreciated, thank you. I now know that when it's all locked up to try taking both handbrakes off!
