Waste pipe

Help we have a fairley new caravan but the waste pipe is blocked and water runs away very slowly. We have most probably allowed something to wrigglecdown when we weren't looking. Any remedies anyone as I'm not sure if we can use chemical unblocker or not.
Caravan is Bailey Unicorn. Wen.
