Site near Watford for Heineken cup match

We have tickets for Saracens v Munster on the 16th December, we would like to use our camper to get to the area for the match and tour locally for a few days afterwards, can anyone recommend a site we could use close to Watford with public transport links to the Vicarage Rd ground?.
