Parking and supermarket trees

Have you noticed that some supermarkets that have trees on their carparks very seldom have the trees trimmed? Even if the are overhanging and low enough to do damage to MH,s
The morrisons in Haverfordwest a definatly one to watch out for the trees are down to car hight and half was across the road. Plus some of the roads in Haverfordwest are nearly as bad and the council don't seem to be bothered.
