Non-HD sky channel list

Slightly unusual question, but I'm in need of a list of where the non-HD channels end up on a Sky HD box.

Background: I've got a spare/old Sky box that I keep in my van, transferring my viewing card across when we go away.  Since last year, I've upgraded my home box to HD.  Now, as part of this, many of the channels which have an HD-equivalent are updated in
the EPG....e.g. BBC2 becomes BBC2HD, BBC4 becomes BBC4HD, Dave becomes DaveHD.  In fact the only BBC channel that doesn't is BBC1, because they don't transmit a regional version of BBC1HD as yet.

So, when I've put my card into my old box in the van, I've now found that BBC2 comes up as "can't display" as it's trying to access the HD equivalent.  Buried away in the EPG the old SD BBC2 still exists (channel 140-odd or something), but it's a case of
knowing where that is....keeping in mind there are hundreds of channels in the EPG.

Would anyone happen to have a listing of where the SD channels end up in the EPG?

I'm wary that some may not actually be in the HD EPG, but as they're transmitted it'd be necesary to manually add a channel into the listings.  If that's the case I guess I'm into manually adding a load....if I can find the transponder details anywhere...
