Detachable Towbar cover

Can anybody help please, I have an Al-Ko detachable tow bar fitted to my Kia Sportage 2015. The ball appears to be model 3KS. There was a black plastic cover to protect the receiver from dirt ingress when the swan-neck ball is not fitted. Mine has
got broken and I have been trying to obtain a replacement, with absolutely no success. I have tried the dealership the car came from, (with the tobar fitted), Alko and various caravan sales places. Anyone else experienced similar problems?

    We had a Witter detachable fitted.  No cover was supplied (I didn't know such things existed so didn't query the matter with the fitter).  Two years later we have had no problems with dirt ingress.. In the short term you could pack the ingress with something,
    cloth for instance, that would keep the dirt out.
