Exterior light bulb

Hello I have removed the bulb from the exterior (awning) light on my 2005 Timberland.

its an Osram 11w/827 flourescent tube double thickness.  The bulb has come away attached to a grey plastic block with 4 tiny pins.  I can't seem to find a replacement on the web, and my local dealers don't stock the replacement.

can anyone point me in the right direction to get a replacement please.
