Bradcot awnings

Has any one sent an awning to Bracot for repair under waranty. I sent one at the begining of  September and am still waiting for its return. I did send a few emails and got replies back saying that they were very busy and in all fairnes told them i was in no hurry, but 3 months is a bit much. I have sent 2 e-mails to them this past 2 weeks and they dont seem to reply. Has anyone had any dealings with them
