Fiamma awning repair

Could somebody tell me where I can get a Fiamma f45 zip awning repaired

We purchased a Motorhome 2005 in October last year and the first time the awning was wound out it stuck and one of the metal arms snapped.

I have found companies that repair the fabric but do not repair the mechanical parts It would need to be a company near the  Scottish  Borders or somebody who would collect it.

Or is it better to completely replace it for another one or different type
