Kojak jacking mounts

Hi, I have a 2014 Bailey GT65 Ancona that has pre drilled holes in the chassis for mounting jacking brackets. However having purchased a kojak jack, the large brackets are blocked by the waste pipe! Is it ok to cut these and fit flexible piping to get around
it or could that cause water to become trapped?  Thank you
