Ring aerial lead

Our new MH has a TV, a first for us and we're wondering  about the cable connection to the site ring aerial that we've seen in use over recent years. The MH has a "F" type female cable connection.

Can anyone help me with details of the terminal on the "power post". Is this an "F" type termainal (male / female) or an old-fashioned coax outlet? I've heard that some sites sell a finished cable, is this a good performer / value for money or should I make
up a good quality low loss cable to suit?

All ideas / thoughts welcome.
