Pride in the work place

Having just had 2 expensive job,s done a new central heating boiler and a caravan mover fitted i was taken back by the slap dash workmanship , both done by " young men " the mess left by both was terrible infact our caravan after the mover was fitted looked
like a bomb had hit it , with mud over the carpet,s.      Is this a generation thing ?
