Rewinding EHU

Hi - We're quite new to caravaning, and really love it.  I've picked up a few tips on this site.   Ages ago I read a thread on here about the 'proper' way to rewind EHU without breaking your wrists - (I hold the orange thing and turn it round, rewinding
the flex - obviously technical terms here)!!  Unfortunately, I thought at the time I would go back and print it off so I had it when I needed it, but cant find it.

Any help would be great
