Solo Touring

Single female new to caravanning planning to tow my Abbey Caprice touring caravan through SW England in May, if all goes well who knows may even cross the channel.  Just a little apprehensive as to towing on motorways with the traffic, I will try remember advise 
'keep calm and carry on'  Are people on CC sites helpful towards newcomers trying to move caravan into position.
