'Club Approved' with a tick stamp?

Is this something new? on a reply to post and in the top right hand corner I have a red tick and 'Club Approved' stamp
My answer is the third post on the link, 7pin to 13pin.
Who gives the approval?
Is it moderators or the club?
What is the criteria?
If you get 5, does that mean free membership for a year
What happens if it a bad post, a black mark?
It does look good and lets face it, the club and champions do a good job.
That's another stamp of approval for me
