Water Filter

Hi,

I have a 2002 Bailey Pageant Champagne caravan.

Can any body tell me how to get at the water filter? The manual says it is beneath the tap. Does this mean I have to remove the fridge or the sink or is there a more obvious way that should be glaring me in the face?
