air conditioning

I am just about to have an air conditioning unit fitted in my motorhome. Truma seems most suitable for my needs. It has a 20amp (millisecond) start up.(Running is around 2-3amp so this is ok). Some European countries have between 5-10amps avaliable. will
this be a problem do you know?
