Arrival time at site?

hi

we are new members to the club and i'm trying to book a site for one night stopover when we travel from dover on the ferry, i can't seem to work out what time we can arrive? we won't be arriving until the evening but not sure what the cut off time for arrivals
is? looking at the club site near dover - blackhorse farm? thanks
