Land Rover Defender Towball Height

I know not many of you will probably have a Defender, but hopefully someone might be able to assist me.
We have a 2011 model year Defender 90 with the factory fit towbar. We are having the electrics converted to 13 pin (will require a new loom and socket), but I think we will also need to drop the tow ball height on the drop plate.
My question is what position out of the bottom 2 should it be set at, I am assuming it's going to be the lowest height.
