Solar Panel Effects On The Battery

HI,

I'm looking to purchase a Solar Panel for my grandad's caravan. I'm a bit dubious as to the amount of power it will actually supply and the function it will do.

Will it provide the battery a float charge? Will it actually charge the battery? How long does it take to charge the battery? It is a 60W Solar Panel. He has a 110Ah Platinum Leisure Battery.

Any help is much appreciated as i am new to this.
