Our four legged friends v the mops

I have noticed for some time that the mops in the shower blocks have gone. Somthing about health and safety I was informed dismissively. This seemed strange as they have been arround for years, with no accidents or fatalities to my knowledge. However I must
give it to the powers that be, they must have acess to Privy knowledge on the situation. (if youll pardon the pun). I would like to learn their views  on the washing of dogs bowls in the dish wash sinks.( This does not affect me personally as I dont use them.)
