Has anyone else been unfortunate enough to use Novosail to clean their awning.  If you were thinking of using them, think again!  After they picked my awning up in Dec last year they returned it in May after me chasing them.  Even worse when I put the awning
up they hadn't even fixed the repair I had asked for and they had returned it with holes in the roof.  It looks like it had been dragged along a floor and ripped.

Don't let them near anything of yours (if you value it)
