More EU madness

Today on page 5 of the Mail the EU are proposing that insurance for vehicles that travel on land must be obtained and there is a fear that the wording is so unclear that ride on mowers will be expected  to have motor insurance       .Have they not got anything
better to do than keep dreaming up more bonkers ideas.The sooner we get a referendum the better ,The lunatics are really in charge of the asylum.Everytime they dream something up it costs us.I did'nt sign up for this. Thinking of getting a goat.
