Loud squeak from Alko Stabiliser whilst towing.

We have developed a very loud squeak whilst towing seems to be coming from the Alko Stabiliser area. It is particulary noisy when turning or going over rough roads (seems they nearly all are). Has anyone else had this problem -people we have spoken to who
have had the same say it comes and goes!  We will soon be heard before seen!! The caravan and the tow ball are less than 4 years old (can't say the same for the owners!!).
