Touring North Wales at Easter help

Hi All

I have 6 days off at Easter and want to tour North Wales. It's a minefield of where to start and where to finish the tour. I can't find anyone's own tours/blogs anywhere on the net. For our first tour I would really like to follow someone elses plan i.e
what time to leave a site and get to the next with things to do in the middle if you know what I'm saying. I only have 6 days and I don't want to make a mess of it. If anyone has a link/blog please could you help.
