just had our first trip out as caravanners to west ayton near scarborough: i must say its a lovely site , spotlessly clean hot showers , and well kept site , very personable , friendly pair of wardens , who explained the parking up for our "foreign van"
and offered help for a pair of beginners , we had a lovely time thankyou and managed to get everything working in van , thankyou and well done west ayton cc team from mr &mrs bc :

Glad your experience was good. As is ours st Beecheoid grange. It's s beautiful morning here. The sun is coming up abd the birds are singing. All is good with life.

Just back from a week at West Ayton and we also found the wardens to be very friendly and helpful and the site although quite large is extremely well kept.  the chippy in the village has limited opening times but the fish and chips were really good.

We went to this site just after Easter and I've posted since (and lefta review) that I thought it was an excellent site with the friendiest  of wardens. Just as good as Bridlington which is always fullish
