Non Centre Members

There appears to me that over the many years I have been in the CC and my local Centre that there are many more Non Centre Members. It's very common now to welcome them to rallies at flag along with other Centre attendees.

Does anybody know what the percentage of Non Centre Members in the Club is or what the benefits are.
