Stress mark

we have a 2011 bailey pegasus verona and have owned it from new. A mark appeared on the front of the van emanating from the o/s window lower corner, it is about 5'' in length. I would like to kmow if anybody has had the same problem with their van and how
it was dealt with. My local dealer has been useless and according to them bailey are not interested either. I would be grateful for any feedback fron verona owners.
