Nemesis Ultra Wheel lock

Hi,

I have recently purchased a Purpleline Nemesis Ultra wheel lock. One of the wheel bolts of my Coachman caravan is removed and replaced permanantely with a Receiver /bolt to accept the barrel lock. My Caravan wheel requires the larger Receiver which
when weighed against the wheel bolt is 1/4lb(4oz)  heavier. I would think this adversely affects wheel balance but Purpleline deny this stating that this weight so near the hub will not make any difference. Having been in engineering all my life I find this
difficult to accept.
