Further Caravan Towing Training

Both my wife and I are absolute beginners to caravanning and I have booked on to the CC Practical Caravanning Course in May, prior to taking delivery of our caravan, but the iternary doesn't mention actual road training experience. Should I spend more money
on booking a course.  I have got a drivers licence prior to Jan'97.

Any comments would be appreciated
