We will be celebrating Solos Birthday at a meet in the Malvern Hills.

The meet starts on the 3rd of May for 5 nights. A couple have booked in the C&CC site at Blackmore. Through the fence is the Malvern CC site, so we can all meet up easily. (the C&CC can work out cheaper for your stay)

The meet considers with a show at the 3 County show ground, for the Royal Horticultural Show, with many displays and trade stands.

It is also hopefully going to be good weather, so hopefully a BBQ can be held on one of the days.

So, fun, laughter, a trip to the RHS show and a BBQ!

if interested, please book with the site of your choice, and include your name below!

Write your comments here...hi and welcome! If you are free next Saturday, there is a day meet at Cheively in Ye Olde red lion, just off Jnc 13 of the M4, I could tell you in person, or if you want to ask any questions you can email me  solos1@virginmedia.com

Solos is dead simple, as there is no membership, fee's or data held, we are all solo people that meet up.  Why pay to go to a site with a solos club when you have already paid to join the CC  or C&CC to use their sites anyway?  We do have meets and greets advertised in Diary Dates, the other way to possibly meet people is to just put the Solos sign in the window and both wait and also have a look for another Solos to appear.

We aren't a dating concept, and only use CC and C&CC sites.

The only rules we stick to are the ones applied by either the CC or C&CC for members on site.

Like I say if you can make next Saturday you are most welcome.

Yep! 3 years since we all sat at Warwick racecourse, then first birthday was at Wincanton Racecourse, second was at Lymington and the 3 Queens visit and this year Malvern Hills!

For those people who want to go to the Malvern Show, Viv and I are going on the Friday.  Tickets are £20.  Tickets on the Thursday are £35  so we thought we'd avoid that day and we thought the weekend would be busy.  Tickets for the weekend are £20.

I'm booked in, actually arriving a bit early because I'm going to be in Tewkesbury just before this so rather than going home and comeing back again I'm going to have a couple of extra days.    Does the latest price update mean you are going the show on
Saturday or are you still sticking to the Friday plan?

    We are going Friday.

thursday is silly price day and we figured Saturday and Sunday   would be a ridicules choice as people who work during the week would visit! So, Friday ticket purchased!

The packing has started, two weeks to the 'off'. I must remember to pack my Friday ticket to the show.

I have google earthed the area, there appears to be a butchers and a post office/ general stores at the pond area in Hanley Swan, I would say a supermarket at Malvern??

As soon as I know my pitch number in the C&CC site I will let you all know!
