wheel nuts on towcar

Range Rover Classic.  flat tyre, new tyre replaced.balanced etc, 30 miles later wheelnuts loose, 32 miles wheel nuts loose, 24 miles loose nuts loose....  does anyone know why they won't tighten??  i have had two lots of wheelnuts and studs in the pass and each time I have trouble. I am away in just over a week, has anyone got a cure to tighten them so they don't come loose?? 3 tyre places and Land Rover don't know why they come loose. And No! no.one is loosening them, no-one can get to the wheels to loosen them!
